What I build in the open

Auto-pulled from GitHub — every public repo on @AceP2317. Most of what I run is private; this is the openly-shared slice.

confirmation-outlook

A deployed supply-chain risk service, built end to end — a Python engine, a FastAPI backend, an MCP server, and a React operator console in one container. Risk is a conditional probability table of measured week-to-week transition frequencies, validated against a week the engine never saw: no fitted model, and it never claims one. The image generates its own synthetic world at build time and fails 42 assertions rather than ship wrong.

command-center-os-template

A local-first ops console you run yourself — Next.js, TypeScript, and React 19 over a plain-JSON file database with live SSE and an agent-assignment queue. The de-identified template of the private Command Center OS I run my whole operation from.
